The Role of the Cosmos


From the beginning of time we have looked to the heavens for guidance and understanding, trying to make sense of the confusion and chaos that appears to be our reality here in the physical third dimension (3D).

We have always observed the Zodiac and labeled the signs we found there, assigning symbolic meaning to each constellation, mostly in the form of animals or people, and out of our limited, separate, 3D consciousness, we have decided that these constellations somehow have influence over us. For centuries we have given them the power to determine our fates, to define our personalities, even to dictate the events of our lives.
 
And this is the same way we process all data we perceive to be 'outside' of our Selves. We see what is out there, and then give to it the qualities it needs to determine how our lives will unfold. The constellations exist because we say they do. If we were to travel out to any collection of stars in the  Zodiac, we would find that the constellation is not there. The stars we observe to be forming a picture are nowhere near each other. The constellations are our creation. The only reason they exist is because we believe we see them from our earthly perspective. And if we all see the same picture, if every time we look up into the heavens we all see the same vision, then they must be symbols that exist within our collective consciousness. The Zodiac is being projected on to the backdrop of the universe by us.
 
We all experience the same planets, the same constellations, and ascribe the same basic meaning to them all, yet we each have a completely different set of personal experiences. Our individual journeys are so diverse and distinct that it is actually impossible to know what others are experiencing. We each have our own unique connection to Source, to the Creator of All That Is, and our awareness of that connection is what we call our consciousness. There are 6 billion people on this planet and each and every one of us is having a completely different experience.
 
When we 'fell' into this earthly realm of duality, we were cut off from the Truth of who we are, and we have 'forgotten'  that we are the co-creators of our own lives, and ultimately of all that we experience.  As we open into a higher dimension of our consciousness, we are beginning to remember who we are. As we do, it becomes more and more apparent that we are not really separate from anything we observe and that everything in our perception is our own creation. We are projecting our consciousness onto a blank screen and calling it Life.
 
We can never perceive anything that is not already in our consciousness. The constellations are not separate from us, they ARE us. And so what we are perceiving 'out there' is not a set of stars that's there to influence us and tell us how to live, but the projection of the inner mechanism of our own consciousness, placed there by us, to remind us of the way back home to Source.
 
The Zodiac is actually the reflection of our own higher consciousness, and when we realize this, we begin to embrace the Truth.
