Oil blends
The oils are a blend of essential oils, attuned to a particular healing vibration. They are to be used in the same way you would normally use an essential oil— incorporate in massage and reflexology sessions, wear on the body, add to the bath, or inhale directly. Each essential oil comes in a 10ml bottle.

Sprays
The hydrosol sprays are the by-product of the essential oil distillation process. These lighter-fragranced fruit/flower waters have the same healing properties as the oils, but have a gentler aroma. They are meant to set the energy of a room or your own personal space. Spray them around a room to change the energy in the room. Or spray over your crown & heart chakras, close your eyes and breathe deeply. Each spray comes in a 2 oz bottle.
