"It's up to us to understand that there is an - we'll call it an oversoul, we'll call it guidance, we'll call it energy, prana, karma, chi, ki - no matter what part of the world you come from they have a word for it. Right? So it's there and it's doing its thing. And all you have to do is have the courage to stop pushing away what you think is not belonging to you. Because in fact, if you were hurt in the past, I would suggest that you take that hurt and put it right back in place. Do you see how everybody pushes hurt away? Stop doing that, because hurt is just one of the messengers to say "something is wrong."
