Jodie Rufty has been teaching HATHA YOGA throught the US and abroad since 1995. She is a Senior teacher and Teacher trainer for Yoga Works in NYC. Jodie has primarily studied and practiced asana in the Ashtanga and Iyengar lineages. The teachings of the Bhagavad Gita and the Yoga Sutras are a primary foundation in her teachings for helping others live a more joyful, loving, conscious, and balanced life.
