The Bhagavad Gita and Mahabharata Series with Derek O'Neill

Arjuna Meditation on Prema Agni

The Mahabharata, an epic story of ancient India, is part of a larger set of sacred Sanskrit teachings called the Upanishads, which means to ‘sit at the feet of the teacher’. Contained within the 74,000 verses of the Mahabharata is the Bhagavad Gita, a profound dialogue that occurs between Krishna and Arjuna. Responding to Arjuna's confusion and moral dilemma, Krishna (God) explains to Arjuna his duties as a warrior and elaborates on different Yogic and Vedantic philosophies.

In this 14 session audio and video series, Derek O'Neill explains the hidden meaning of the Mahabharata and Bhagavad Gita and interprets this profoundly moving and enlightening story into modern terms, explaining the meaning of its sacred geometry, sacred mathematics, and Arjuna's conversations with God to reveal deeper truths that guide our lives.
